I help families at every stage — whether you're setting up a first device or reconnecting with a child you've lost to screens. Find your situation below, or skip straight to booking.

01

Getting It Right First Time

You're about to hand your child their first phone, tablet, or games console. You've heard the horror stories. You want to set this up properly from the start — boundaries that work, settings that help, conversations that matter.

Smart move. Prevention is always easier than intervention.

I help families set up devices properly from the start — using methods I developed watching hundreds of families get it right, and wrong, over 12 years in schools. Prevention is always easier than intervention.
02

Ending the Daily Battles

Every day, the same fight. "Turn it off." "Five more minutes." The negotiations. The meltdowns. The slammed doors. Then the guilt — am I too harsh? Am I damaging our relationship?

You're exhausted. You've tried being patient. You've tried being strict. Nothing sticks. Something has to change.

I help families end the daily fights with methods that work WITH your child's brain, not against it. I know why they can't stop — I couldn't either. That's why my approach is different.
03

Reconnecting With Your Child

They're physically there but mentally somewhere else. Gaming until 3am. Scrolling instead of talking. You remember when they used to be interested in family, in the world, in you.

You want them back. This might be addiction — and it might not be. Either way, you need help.

I help families reconnect when screens have taken over. My methods come from 12 years in tech education and my own recovery from gaming and social media addiction. I've been where your child is. I know the way back.
04

Preparing Them to Thrive

You're not here because things have gone wrong. You're here because you want your child to genuinely excel with technology — not just survive it.

The kids who understand technology properly will have a massive advantage. You want to raise creators, not just consumers.

I help families raise digital creators, not just consumers. I spent 12 years teaching children to build websites, edit video, and understand how technology really works. I built a YouTube channel with 2M+ views myself. I know what real digital skills look like.

How Much Does a Screen Time Coach Cost?

A session with me costs £75 for 45 minutes. That's less than a child psychologist (£120-185/hour) and there's no 6-month NHS waiting list. You get a personalised action plan in one session — not generic advice, but specific strategies for your family's situation. Most families see meaningful change within two weeks.

What Happens in a Screen Time Consultation?

We meet via video call for 45 minutes. I'll ask about your child, your daily battles, and what you've already tried. Then I'll explain exactly why those things haven't worked — and give you a personalised action plan you can start that evening. You'll leave with specific strategies, not vague advice.

Quick Questions

What happens in a session?
We start with your situation — what's happening, what you've tried, what you want to change. I ask questions to understand the full picture. You leave with specific actions you can implement immediately, not vague advice.
What if I'm not sure our situation is serious enough?
If you're asking the question, it's serious enough to address. I help families at every stage — from first phone setup to significant screen dependency. Most parents are surprised how much improves with the right approach.
Do you work with the child directly?
Usually I work with parents first. You're the ones who control the environment, set the rules, and have the relationship. Occasionally I'll speak with older children if it would help, but that's decided together.
What ages do you work with?
Primarily families with children aged 5-16. The principles apply at any age, but my experience is deepest with primary and secondary school ages.
Can both parents attend?
Absolutely — I encourage it when possible. Screen time strategies work best when both parents are aligned. If schedules don't allow, I can provide materials for the other parent.
