By purchasing, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will not apply once access is granted.

In plain English: Because you get instant access to the full guide the moment you purchase, the standard 14-day return window does not apply. This is standard practice for digital content under UK consumer law.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will consider a refund if:

  • Not as described: The guide is materially different from what was described on the sales page.
  • Technical issues: You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the guide, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Not yet accessed: You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not yet accessed the guide content.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@digitalfamilycoach.com with your purchase details. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Coaching Sessions

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling to a mutually convenient time.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable. You may reschedule once to a time within 14 days.
  • Dissatisfied: If you are unsatisfied with a session, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to find a resolution.

I understand that life with children is unpredictable. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content is faulty (not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
